Federal FY2022 appropriations

American Rescue Plan is separate legislation and funding.

A new GAO report notes that the bulk of OAA pandemic funding was spent on meal (nutrition) programs and, for other programs,...Information and Assistance!

There have been multiple pandemic relief bills but the funding does expire when expended.
